Ah! It's a term we use in the Supernatural fandom to describe the disapproving expression Sam has whenever Dean does anything. I've notice that Ianto often has that look on his face from what I've been able to see on the show. It's an affectionate term. <3

And I don't think he really minds either, but can't let Jack's ego get too big. lol ;D
