Crack!fic: Stained

“Stained”

 

Ianto was absolutely livid. “How could you be so selfish, Jack?” he accused him angrily.

 

Jack could only spread his hands in sheepish contrition. “I didn’t think one time would be that big a deal.”

 

“Oh don’t give me that,” Ianto huffed indignantly, “All you ever think about is yourself! Did you for one minute consider my feelings?”

 

“Ianto, I really think you’re blowing this all out of proportion,” Jack insisted, using his most sensible tone of voice.

 

He pulled out the coffee machine’s decanter and thumbed open the top. The entire bottom of it was stained brown, probably from coffee being allowed to evaporate over time. “Do you see this? It’s going to take me forever to scrub it clean!”

 

“Look, I’m sorry,” Jack sighed, “How can I make it up to you?”

 

“So glad you asked,” Ianto smirked, “Since you live here, I’m sure you’ll have time to clean it.”

 

Ianto enjoyed Jack’s stricken expression. No doubt, he’d expected that Ianto would take the bait and turn the innocuous question into a far more suggestive exchange. “There’s…no other way I can make it up to you?”

 

Ianto mock sniffed primly, “Sex doesn’t solve every problem, you know.”

 

Jack leered, “Wanna bet?”

 

Ianto couldn’t stop the small chuckle that escaped his lips, “I’m not prepared to make a bet with you that I’ll probably lose. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to make a run for coffee before the others get in.”

 

As Ianto began to leave, he heard Jack call out playfully. “Spoilsport!”

 

Ianto grinned as he shot back teasingly, “If you do a good job with that scrubbing, it might warrant a reward.”

 

“Ooh,” He could hear the grin in Jack’s voice, “Now you’re speaking my language!”

Told you, never mess with Ianto Jones coffee machine! The Hub is just lucky it was Jack and not one of the others, they may have never gotten the stains of the walls. <3

I used to be with an ex-boyfriend. Sadly, he was not as appreciative as I'd have liked so it wore quite thin on me.

Yeah, that would start to get on my nerves as well.

With me it's because I tell everyone that they don't know how to make good coffee, I have an issue with other people making the coffee at home. I'm a bit of a coffee snob. LOL XD!!

Well, yes. I had to make the coffee because my ex tended to make it far too strong even though I told him the exact measurements. Finally I watched him make it one morning and found that his idea of a scoop of coffee for every cup or so looked more like 2 or three scoops!

I would kill to have a decent coffeeshop nearby. Starbucks kinda sucks, especially since they're always brewing that fucking Pike's place garbage.

We have a few over here that are nice. My cousin's and I made it a point as children to scope out the best coffee joints here in our town. <3
