Well, I wanted to connect the story to ogc a little bit, but at the same time I had been musing over the Nibelheim incident and Rufus just kind of interjected. I mean really, what the fuck was the elder Shinra thinking? There is no way he doesn't know about Seph's origin, so why on earth did he think it was a good idea to send him to Nibelheim? Better question: Why wasn't the Shinra mansion secured?

Now maybe it was Heidaggar that sent down the order and old man Shinra had nothing to do with it, but surely he's made aware of where they send freakin' Sephiroth to kill shit! Honestly, my Rufus is just so goddamned contrary when it comes to his father. Short of not sending Seph to Nibelheim, I don't think anyone could have stopped what went down there.
